I sent in several boxes of test strips and received delivery confirmation. After 10 days, I have not received payment. I called and left multiple messages, emailed and sent messages via Facebook inquiring as to the status of my payment. I was finally called back and was told the company had been a victim of "fraudulent activity" and was having to reconstruct their accounts. I was told they could check on my payment and call me back. They never did. This is feeling very much like the same situation I had with another company who never paid me for my strips. I had hoped this experience would be better and sent my strips here because of all of the good reviews on Trustpilot? I am beginning to think those reviews were bogus. I hate to be negative, but I wish people would be honest. Update: Not 30 minutes after I posted the above, I received a call from them. They indicated they are checking with their payment department on my payment status. They said the payment department was behind and trying to catch up. They will call me back this afternoon with a status on my payment. I will post any updates. Update #2: I received full payment today. Thus, I am adjusting my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. First, the company needs to honor the commitments they make. Second, if they cannot honor those commitments within the timeframe they promise, they need notify all those folks who have payments pending of any delays. That would save a whole of frustration on customer's part and surely, on their part as well.

As the last lady complained about the phone number is useless and no reply to VM left sent in test strips never got paid for them these people are scammers even offer to pay me more than the competitors by 15% never got paid now I’m going through the BBB to get help

The phone number is useless, nobody answers ever. Leaving voicemail is useless, email, useless, messenger, useless. No answer from anybody. No payment even though they sure managed to scoop up the package from the post office. Definitely don't follow through with their claims. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being scammed.

I was disappointed that the payment I received was not the amount posted on your website. I emailed to find out about the difference but received no reply. The payment I received for 22 boxes of test strips ($352 +5 bonus) is not even divisible by the cost per box advertised ($25). The only math that works is that you paid $16 per box.

You guys Rock!! I got paid so quick. I had sold my test strips on a different web site once and they never paid me. They actually shut down the site so I was very skeptical. I now have an honest site I can sell them too and really get paid! Thanks guys!

.i have not received my check for the test strips or the lancets, I have call, emailed and no one has not returned no reply’s. Has the company gone out business, this is ridiculous, I will never send anything to this company again. They received my package last Friday, no check!

See price online was different from what I actually received. The boxes were not open the boxes were not damaged however one of them Dean have the label that I started to pull off prior to knowing that they had a special equipment to remove the but it did not tamper or damage the boxing itself in fact it was just a corner pulled off. And I received $60 less than what was stated so wasn't a good experience for me
