I sent test strips a month ago, post office confirmed they received them. I have called, emailed, and text, and I still have not heard anything. I even chose to pay 7.00 for priority to get my check faster and no one response to me. This company is a fraud.

Sell test strips here is a freakin scam! Jus like that other company. I've called, text & emailed got 3 txt bk 1 asking for my tracking number & the other 2 saying they are backed up due to fraudulent activity on their account. They're the frauds, it's all a scam fake a** company!! DONT SEND YOUR TEST STRIPS TO THEM!!!! They'll steal from you!!!

After sending in 3 boxes of test strips and calling to confirm that they indeed received them on March 18, 2019, I still have not received payment as of this day. They also told me it was because of fraudulent activity on their accounts. They did not have the courtesy to inform people about that on their website which is bad business.

sent strips since first week of. February and haven't got paid nor any updates on the payment very irresponsible don't do business with them

I wish I had the option of giving 0 stars! I have contacted the BBB & intend to consult with a lawyer this company is committing theft by deception. You cannot reach them by phone, email or other means.. I did however, receive one extremely rude text that they had been hacked and are behind on payments. In that case it would have been nice to have been informed before sending them anything. They are definitely scammers I'm not getting paid that is very clear.. it sucks but, hey what can ya do?!

I sent in my test strips also. The company got them and issued a USPS tracking number. Have been waiting days now for that package, but was never sent. Contacted USPS about why I have not gotten the package. USPS said tracking was issued but item was never sent. Have tried multiple times to contact them. USPS service said to file a complaint with them. If enough complaints are filed, USPS will black list that company. I am also contacting the US attorney generals office, BBB and the FDA about fraudulent buying and selling of a prescribed item. I strongly sugest everyone doing the same.

Again I ripped off,should of knew it was a scam.sent emails unanswered of course same old recorded message when I call.checked tracking strips were picked up at p.o Wednesday have not heard from since..why would company have p.o box that someone goes pick up boxes from everyday.ill be notifying p.o about there p.o box and fraudelant activity..dlarrivee

This company is very hard to deal with. They do not call back when you leave a message and they do not return emails. I submitted an order and they deducted $36.00 since they indicated one of the test strip boxes was dented. When I mailed them they were in mint condition. I even padded them inside the shipping box. The reimbursement took well over two weeks and they even spelled my name wrong on the check that was sent. They issued it to Danielle instead of Daniel. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Sent in some test strips and they received them a week ago and have not heard from them they are not returning calls or emails. I have used them twice before and was very happy with their service but this time they are ignoring my attempts to find out what is going on
