I was in a time crunch and needed a customized product quickly. I reached out to the customer service team and was assured the company could expedite production to get my product to me on time, and they did! In fact, I received my custom order almost a week earlier than I needed it. The customer service team members were friendly and incredibly helpful.

The work on the mug is fantastic! You do an amazing job! The only thing I would suggest for drinking vessels with handles specifically ask for "right" and "left" handed placement of the logos.

From the day I called and not being completely sure that the Army wine glass was going to be a quality gift, to receiving the package within a couple of days in an excellent, well packed, safe container, I have been more than pleased with this company! I couldn’t believe it and commented on what great customer service it was! But then I received the glasses and they’re beautiful glasses with a very well done Army emblem etched on them! My husband and I are very proud to give this birthday gift to our friend, a West Point grad and former Army captain who enjoys his wine!
