The engraving done on my glassware is accurate, very “clean” looking, raised and prominent as should be. It can easily be felt in the hand and the feeling is of quality work. Would order again if I need anything like this again.

The work is very good. But I had a very bad customer service experience. After leaving an unsatisfactory review, Sherri, the owner, reached out to me via phone and email to address the issue. She was awesome and incredibly personable. If you don't like etched glass, order from Crystal Imagery anyways because Sherri is amazing. Regarding the product, it's terrific. The quality of the etching is truly incredible and better than any I've personally ever seen. Thanks again, Sherri, for reaching out. I'll be happy to order more things in the future.
