I looked at several companies before deciding on Crystal Imagery. Their ability to sand etch the very thin Glencairn glasses without compromising their strength was a plus. In addition, they produced exactly the design I intended including the height adjustments to accurately denote the 2 oz pour fill line. And the feel of sand carved sand etching. This is the second time that I've placed an order with Crystal Imagery, and both times, the service and product were fantastic. Both times, I requested a custom engraving where the image submitted was in color. I'd had no idea how to translate that into a design that would work. Julie, at Crystal Imagery, email me a proof of their translation, and it was wonderful. The service is fast - on both separate times, the time period between me submitting the order and actually receiving the completed product to my door was less than a week - maybe 5 days. These days, that's more magical than Santa Claus. I will DEFINITELY be sending more business to their team. Customer service, product quality, communication - 5 stars and more!

This was my first purchase with Crystal Imagery and I have to say that I was truly surprised with the quality of work. I ordered he whiskey set and had a clients logo engraved on it. Needless to say the client was very happy and shocked with the gift. Will be ordering again soon!
