I ordered a dozen pilsners and four stemless wine glasses, all with the same etched "company logo." They turned out great! Beautiful work, packaged VERY well, and all arrived unbroken. Would definitely use again!

I sent in a fairly detailed logo to be etched into a whiskey glass. I was emailed a proof of what it would look like the next morning. As it looked great, I approved, and they continued with the process. I received the finished product in the mail about a week later (2 day delay due to USPS), but was still very happy to go from proof to recieved product in a week. The glass looks great! It was carefully packed for shipment and arrived unharmed. Overall, the glass is exactly what I was looking for... Quality work and done FAST. I will definitely return for my next custom crystal piece.
