I had great communication with Crystal Imagery since my very first call to them. Beautiful etched crystal and etched slate coasters were shipped to everyone, and with quick shipping. Sending artwork, and getting a preview of what the glass and coasters would look like, was fantastic and really easy. The only little miss was missing my desire to include a note into the box, so my lesson for next time is to be really explicit about not sending out the packages until my note is ready. But overall very happy with the result and would easily recommend Crystal Imagery to anyone!

Having been disappointed by a few companies out there with their barware, I can say that Crystal Imagery is by far the best quality that I have seen. The glassware is high quality which matches the workmanship with their etching. The glasses were individually wrapped for optimal protection which was greatly appreciated. If you have any doubts...don't, this company will do you right.
