The skip never arrived - I actually don't believe that this is a real company! Also this review has come up in Spanish - why?. We ordered online and when I rang them the order number meant nothing to them and they gave the name of an entirely different company. What's going on?

The most affordable hire amoungst other companies searched online, excellent. Hassle free and very polite delivery. Improvements need to be made on the wait time to speak to a returns advisor. Sales support exec' Mariya pleasantly communicated well and settled the above matter, will consider using service again after speaking to Mariya.

I placed on order through the website for Saturday delivery in advance of some building work starting on the Monday, (a week and a half notice from order to scheduled delivery). I got a call 2 days later advising they didn't deliver to my area at the weekend, and could they deliver on the Monday instead. This was accepted, but i had to call back again on Monday afternoon when this didn't happen. A further promise of next day delivery was broken when the skip again didn't arrive on the Tuesday, (this time they sent my order to the wrong depot on the other side of the country). They then promised a delivery for the Thursday, but i was able to contact another company, (Redditch Skip Hire), who were able to deliver the same day. Order cancelled and refund agreed, (but at time of writing not yet received). Avoid at all costs if you have project timelines to keep to!
