Next day delivery very misleading !!

** update - spoke to Lucy at beauty works who offered me a full refund on my express shipping. Felt heard and got the outcome I wanted. ** Spent £600 for new hair which I ordered for express delivery pre 1pm. Even though the banner on the website said “express delivery when ordered pre 10pm” it actually means 2 working days and there is 2 “express” options Very disappointed as I have had to pay a cancellation fee and was offered a discount code for hair care during the Black Fridays sales which I found very pointless and would rather my £13 back for my next day delivery 🙂

Best customer service

My trio styler broke after sending pictures to customer services I had a phone call from libby to explain she will sending out a replacement the next day. I’ve actually not experienced customer service as good as this. I expected to have to send the faulty product and have a little bit of a hassle in doing so but I was pleasantly surprised. In return I will 100% be buying again and haven’t lost faith in the brand.

Wonderful customer service

I had noticed the extensions I wanted had been out of stock for a while so contacted customer services via email and Libby was incredibly helpful. She responded quickly and offered to override the system so I could purchase them over the phone. They then arrived the next day. Such a lovely smooth experience!

Very difficult to colour match

Very difficult to colour match, no help or support using the WhatsApp and £6.15 charge to return when wrong colour. No a great experience.
