Had a brilliant customer service experience with Holly who took the time to ring me to discuss curling techniques on my super long 28” BW tapes. She gave me great recommendations on how to make my curls last longer and is even sending me some free BW products to help - this company really goes the extra mile! When I previously had a small issue, they were equally fantastic in going out of their way to rectify it and sending some other helpful products. On top of this, i find their hair quality amazing - my previous BW tapes lasted 7 months and were still in pretty much perfect condition when I bought new ones; I just love that fresh hair feeling but they deffo could have lasted me even longer which i find Is rare in super blonde extensions as I have. Overall, absolutely recommend BW for their quality, customer care, product knowledge and generosity!

I ordered double clip in hair extensions express delivery. They were due to be delivered the next day with Evri. Evri never delivered the parcel and after issues with them I contacted beautyworks with my issue in that I needed the hair before a specific day. They so quickly responded and advised they’d send out a replacement and it’d be with me by 1pm the next day. They sent it with DPD. It was so smooth and easy and it was no trouble for them. I was blown away by their quick response! Absolutely fantastic customer service ❤️

The entire experience was incredibly simple. The products are absolutely amazing and my daughter has been elated with every single item. All of the order arrived well packaged and so quickly with regular updates of the order and despatch process. Will most definitely use again.
