Amazing customer service & timely resolve from Lucy
I recently had an issue with a hair product I purchased from Beauty Works. After emailing some photographs of the problem, I received a prompt and professional response from Lucy, who requested further details. Once I provided the necessary information, Lucy followed up with a phone call. She was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to assist me. Lucy reviewed my account and acknowledged that I’ve been a loyal customer, having purchased numerous Beauty Works products over the years. Understanding my recent frustration, she kindly offered to replace the hair free of charge. I was truly grateful for her generosity and impressed by how she handled my complaint. The replacement hair was shipped the very next day, and I received it promptly. I genuinely cannot praise Lucy’s exceptional customer service and aftercare enough. Thanks to her, I will continue to be a loyal Beauty Works customer, as they clearly value loyalty and stand behind their products when they fall short of expectations.
