The person was late for the appointment, but apologized and gave a reason for his lateness. Whenever I was stuck on an issue, he suggested a solution to the problem and I took his advice. He also suggested a few charities that I could put down and was objective in his views (fair or had shown equality). I cannot think of anything negative, but then it was quite simple and straight forward. I can't think of anything else I would to add to what I have already written.

A very straight forward process - explained clearly. Our solicitor/advisor was very helpful, offered lots of useful information and helped to clarify things for us. We were given plenty of time to consider the information provided and at no point felt pressurised .

It went very well. Not received my will as yet. But the process was easy and the representative was polite he explained everything clearly. I did not at any time feel under any pressure to go ahead.
