We elected for a home visit as apposed to an office environment, making the whole experience far more relaxing. Excellent efficient friendly service

I engaged this company to set up my PoAs for both health and finance, my will and to arrange for my house to be put in trust. After much chasing over a period of 18months I did receive my will and Trust. However, I still had to chase them for my PoAs. Victor assured me that all was in hand and blamed covid and people working from home at the Office of Public Guardians. After I had been chasing Westcountry Estate Planning for nearly 2 years they stopped returning my telephone messages and my e-mails. I felt ignored. I contacted The Office of Public Guardian, who informed me that they did receive the application 4 months previously but returned it to Westcountry Estate Planning because it was out of date. I decided to apply for the PoAs myself and received them within 2 months. Westcountry Estate Planning denied ever receiving my letter of complaint or the documents that were returned to them. This company needs to improve their admin and customer services. they have provided very poor service. I would not recommend this company.

Easy to book an apointment and arrived on time. Explained clearly the impotance of the paperwork. If there is one thing i would have liked to a follow up call to check you had recieved the goverment payment notice.
