I have only given three stars because I felt let down on two occasions: I had to chase up the final copy of my mother's Will that they claimed had been posted; when received the covering letter stated we had chosen to store the Will ourselves. This was not the case as payment had been made for Westcountry Estate Planning to store the Will. On the plus side it was very helpful that the solicitor was able to make a home visit, as my mother is disabled. We were happy with the cost and the actual Will when it arrived.
