Books arrived in a timely manner and in very good condition , good price, new, well packaged, all of which is good because the two new books are going to be gifted. It was easy to browse and order, especially since my trips to town are limited. Thank you.

Ordering is easy, books came in a sturdy box, arrived promptly, and overall great process.

I only received four of the ten books I ordered. There wasn't a packing slip or any correspondence in the box. I tried calling but it was after business hours so I emailed the help center and have not received a reply yet - it has been almost 24 hours. I was hoping to have the books for a baby shower next week. I have loved the service and books I've gotten in the past but I'm very disappointed this time.

Delivery was lengthy. One of the books wasn't received so I reached out and they informed me that they didn't have stock and issued a refund. Unsettling that communication didn't happen on its own and I would have just been out the money. Outside of that books are in great condition, and I can't wait to get reading them!

Excellent experience! I received 10 children's books for just over $40 including tax which was a great value! All books were brand new and exactly what I ordered. They came packaged well and ship time was just one week. I will be using Book Outlet for all book purchases from now on.

I purchase a lot of books from Book Outlet. About half of the time the boxes arrive re-sealed from the post office and sometimes pages/softcovers are bent. I also wish your system had an easy way of identifying books I've purchased already, as I've accidentally gotten myself 3 duplicates. That money would have been better spent on books I didn't have yet. I love the selection, and I appreciate the way the system recommends books "for me".

All the books I got were a great price for the condition they are in. Not a scratch or dent on them. Everything came in a timely manner, and I can't wait to read them!
