My package was delivered in a plastic packaging, usually I would get my package in a normal box because of the content. It was wrapped tightly in a plastic packaging and damaged the corners of a couple of books. Also, I am missing two items from my order. This is the first time I'm disappointed with Book Outlet.

Awesome experience! I was able to purchase the Jesus Bible journal collections for half the price!! I was worried what I would get when I received them, but to my amazement they were new! Still in the shrink wrap and all. The corner of the box holding the set was slightly bent, but you can't really tell and all the Bibles were in perfect condition! This will be my go to spot for ordering books! It's really too good to pass up. Shipping took about a week and to me that isn't that bad. So happy!

All of my 18 books made it to my home but the packaging was so beat up I was worried about the condition of the books. The box arrived extremely beat up with tape wrapped around it trying to hold it together. I’m sure book outlet shipped it in great condition but the postal service damaged it so much. It would be nice to have an option to ship with a better company in the future. I would pay extra for better care of the books.

This was probably one of the best book buys I have purchased all year! The sale was incredible and I added some awesome titles to my collection!

The ordering was easy and the books were a great price. I bought when there was an additional discount. The shipping was fine and the books were in good condition. I wasn't particularly happy that I had to set up an account with password before ordering. I could have bought the books through Amazon instead but greed for my savings prevailed.

I love Book Outlet! My only complaint is that my last two shipments have come in boxes to big without any filler so my books moved around a lot. While some of my bangs and covers were a little bent, the books are still readable. 3.5 stars, rounding up to four. Please package the books better.

The site is easy to navigate descriptions are clear the ordering process was simple and my order arrived earlier than anticipated! My granddaughter loved her books!

Some of the books were a bit dinged up in shipping. I reached out and immediately had someone get back to me with two of the books replaced and a credit for the one book that was OOS.

Delivery took much longer than I expected.
