We haven’t made it to the house yet so I can’t comment on that part (airline issue) but Julie, our contact at Exceptional Villas, could not possibly have been more helpful, more communicative or more on top of things. Professional and kind, Julie arranged every detail of our trip including car rental, airport transfers, menus, etc. We are thrilled to say we had an exceptional experience with Exceptional Villas. Nothing has been easy for anyone, anywhere for the past 2 years. But probably what was most difficult was anything related to travel. My experience with Noreen Harrington at Exceptional Villa made my plans to celebrate a big birthday with all of my family not only totally stress free. She made the experience a pleasure. The only sad part about my experience is that I'll miss Noreen.

Exceptional is correct! The pre-arrival planning was excellent and so important to A perfect trip. On -Site team was the best I have ever experienced, both personable and professional at the same time. Of course the house, setting and beach is amazing but it’s the people that make it. Thank you everyone for a perfect 60th birthday!!

Great service from start to finish. The team we worked with was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. The only improvement I could suggest is perhaps being more prepared and transparent on how the pricing around meals works out (we were confused as to how our meals on site would be charged) - but other than that, they got us sorted out! Would definitely use again
