Elaine provided many Villa rental options to meet my requirements and flawlessly transition me to Sinead who did the heavy lifting on the week's Itinerary! Sinead was a pleasure to work with as we coordinating the week for my wife's birthday. She was professional and extremely responsive to planning the week. Sinead provided additional recommendations on activities, restaurants, and logistics for the week. She provided unbias recommendations and was very knowledgeable on Turks & Caicos.

I recently returned from Allamanda Villa in Jamaica which I booked with Exceptional Villas. When I booked it 8 months I found Exceptional Villas to be very responsive with my search parameters. When I was concerned doing this online, the owner Alex put me at ease. Concierge Noreen helped me do the rest of the planning. Noreen was very helpful and responsive with all the details. Villa Allamanda was as awesome as promised. I loved the house, the staff (especially Michael the Butler, Mrs. Kerr the chef, and Rohan the driver. I feel like they are family. The home accommodated all 11 of us nicely (adults and children). We had the best vacation! I definitely would use Exceptional Villas again! Highly recommend them.

Last January after spending Christmas and New Year in lockdown we decided Christmas 2021 would be very different! We got in touch with a couple of travel agents to help us plan Christmas 2021 in Barbados. The minute I spoke with Yvonne from Exceptional Villas I knew we were in the right hands. She sourced us the villa and then introduced us to Julie Kirby from Exceptional Villas. I can only say that Julie is a Godsend. She has literally organised everything for us, no request from us was too big or too small for her.
