I cannot express enough how amazing our experience has been with exceptional villas. Between Elaine who helped us book our villa to our concierge Sinead, we have been blown away. Elaine helped work with our budget and book the right villa for our needs (40th girls trip for 8). Sinead and her team is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything seamless and easy. They helped with airport transfers, questions regarding the island, booking restaurants, car rental, taxis, grocery, and excursions.They give a 5 star service. We had an amazing time at Keela Wee in Jamaica and our memories will last forever but what is sometimes overlooked is, how do you go through the process. We found two absolute gems in Sean and Noreen and Exceptional Viullas themselves. We had never gone on this type of holiday before and we were apprehensive but that soon disappeared with the professionalism, knowledge, promptness to email questions (and there were many), attention to detail, kindness and at the end of the experience.....friendship. The villa itself was stunning and we did have to pinch ourselves a few times to make sure we weren’t dreaming but what made it unbelievably special was the staff. There were tears when we left, all around. We will talk about this experience from start to finish not just for years to come but forever. Thank you Exceptional Villas for being a big part of it.
