My experience with Exceptional Villas has been excellent! I have rented Villas through other companies in the past, and Exceptional Villas has been superior to any of these. Noreen, my concierge, has been outstanding to work with. We are a family group of 19, with varying requests for activities and services, and Noreen has efficiently organized everything we requested and communicated every detail with me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Exceptional Villas!

We had a wonderful experience renting a chalet in Zermatt with Exceptional Villas. They were responsive and helpful - with restaurant reservations, grocery shopping, questions about the house or the location, providing a Christmas tree! - and the chalet was perfect. The local concierge from Mountain Exposure was also fantastic, checking in on us several times, cancelling and rebooking lunch reservations based on where we were skiing, keeping us posted on the opening of the Italian side, just very attentive and pleasant. We have rented a lot of homes around the world and this was some of the best service I have experienced.

We have booked villas with other companies but Noreen at Exceptional villas was even better than the other company we’ve used before. We’ve yet to stay in our villa (after Christmas) but so far all the arrangements have been organised really well.
