Love the Heavy Duty 4 space 18" deep rack drawer so much I bought another. The support rack ears for the back of the drawer went on pretty easy once I figured things out. The trick was to screw in the drawer as you would normally do from the front, then flip the whole road case upside down for easy access to mount the back support rack ears and see where to screw in the tiny washers and screws. Viola!

Custom rack panel was accurate and clean. Shipping cost was a little high but the panel was extremely well packed so I'll attribute that to pre-shipment handling effort. Panel designer was easy to use. Would benefit from a measurement tool and more flexibility in the placement of attachment holes. I probably would have had eight attachments for a 3U panel, rather than four.

This item is so overlocked with the .5 and rack rails that have this option. Space for more gear and still allow the heat to ventilate properly
