Company website stated item was in stock, when it was not. Only after I paid for item was I told that they did not know when the item would be available--if ever. Failed to return my money until I demanded it back. The true definition willful fraud. To be willful means to be stubborn and intent on doing what you want, regardless of whether your actions hurt others or not. Fraud is intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value--e.g. money.
