I thought the price was fair when I placed the order, then it was reduced - who is going to complain about that, it's great news right?! Someone who is claiming the cost back from their finance department is who 😥,... the paperwork received with the order didn't match with the money taken from the credit card. I asked for an invoice that reflected the transaction, but didn't receive one. My expenses were bounced twice because the card statement, and the invoice differed. In short the company save a little money, but I gained a disproportionate amount of grief. Product great, and good quality, everything you'd expect, but the administration & invoicing let it down.

The casters roll smoothly and carry the weight no problem (used for a rolling ladder). i was happy to find a fixed caster in all black with a high weight capacity. The product was exactly what I was looking for, premium materials used for production and installed easily, without issue. Not to mention the price for the product was fair. Additionally, I don't think I've EVER had a parcel arrive so quickly...kicked Amazon's 'prime delivery' out of the water! I ordered the night before and it was on my BACK porch (much appreciated for safety) the next afternoon. The whole experience was seamless, which is no small feat these days!
