Delivery on time. Milk is fresh

Milk is from cows not fed any nasties and, as promised, my delivery is always there on my doorstep early morning. Service is excellent and I thoroughly recommend McQueens

Was very disappointed in the delivery service. Ordered for twice weekly and only received once a week, tried to contact several times with zero reply. Only when I cancelled my payments did they get in contact. I've gone with a more reliable service. Steer clear of this company. Going off other reviews seems they don't particularly care for good quality customer service.

Christmas week had taken a break, fully submitted weeks in advance. Week before though decided to send me extra and charge me. Blamed me saying I was confused. Also when I spoke to them they lied saying all products are “fresh from the farm” unlike apparently my local Morton Dairies. Again no apology and the only way they would reduce the price is if I CALLED THEM, they refused to call me. They can’t even think when making a reply on here. I DID GET confirmation it was a holiday but McQueens administration and customer service still do not get the message.

To make an order ie easy. The delivery is always there for when you get up. Very good date on all products.

No problems and very happy with the service.
