First time buying from you, easy to use website and a lovely dino ooak Trollbead arrived a few days later. I will definitely buy from you again in the future, many thanks.

My complaint is regarding selling OOAK Trollbeads. I purchased two and one of them immediately was marked as "sold out" on the web page, but the other was not. I was concerned that there was a problem with the transaction, and that the second bead really did not sell to me, but was still available. I emailed Perlen and they replied within a day. But they said that some of the OOAK beads are so similar that they have more than one available for the listing. As anyone who buys Trollbeads knows, they are called One Of A Kind for a reason - they ALL vary. If I had thought I was buying sight unseen a OOAK, instead of being able to pick my own from a photo, I would have purchased elsewhere.

I have ordered a few times from Perlen and it was always perfect : great contact and extremely fast shipping (and shipping is free, which is really nice as well!), in three days I got my beads, carefully & beautifully wrapped. It's definitely one of the best online shops, and without a doubt one of my favorite. Keep up the awesome work \o/
