Like a few other reviewers, I ordered from Perlen on February 11th but still haven't received my package. After speaking to a few people on a forum, I noticed that two other posters that ordered on the same day never received their things either which probably means that someone on Perlens side messed up and didn't send them out. After emailing them to say that my items are not here, their response was "wow", and that delivery to EU takes 14 working days and to contact them again. They didn't bother to see that it has been 15 working days already!! They want me to contact them again on Monday which will have been 1 month since I ordered, instead of offering to refund my money or even apologizing. I have never had a lost package ever! It saddens me that this has happened as I had heard wonderful things about Perlen...obviously something happened to the orders on those days...and I'm sure they're aware of it!

It was my first order from Perlen and I'm so satisfied! Great service, friendly support and wide range of different beads brands. Everything was well packaged. Will buy more here and highly recommend it for everyone!)
