I'm so excited to be able to find retired Pandora charms at Perlen. They provide very good customer service and they care that I receive my orders. You can all ways contact them with any concerns.

I ordered a charm over a week ago and it still hasn't come. I am afraid that it maybe lost in the post. I don't think it will come now so I have lost my money sadly.

I placed my order with Perlen on 2-10-2014. It has been a nightmare. I chose the track and confirm shipping method. Totally useless. I received confirmation on 2-11-14, that my order was being shipped. I sent an email to customer service, to be sent tracking information, in english, so that I would know what day, I would receive the package, in order to be home, to sign for it. They did not have that information. For the last couple of weeks, I have had to cancel 2 appointments. Finally, my package arrives in Washington, DC. All of a sudden, it states on the tracking site, unable to deliver because of a bad address. My address is correct in PayPal. It is being sent back to Perlen. I notified Perlen. No response. Horrible customer service.
