Costumer service email not working

0 communication about my purchase, only the email that I bought something, took 9 days to arrive and the email of delivery is not working, I thought I was being scamed, just to save some euros not worth the experience

Colis jamais arrivé après 1 mois, aucune mais je dis bien 0 réponses du service client que se soit aux appels ou mails, je vais me faire rembourser par ma banque normalement. En bref, ne commandez pas (de France ou Belgique) si vous ne voulez vous faire voler!

They should try to respond to phone…

They should try to respond to phone calls when they have been called by the customers and let them know that as business owners your customers are always right and you have to listen to them not only by sending them mail that it takes time to respond to. Thanks and best regards.
