Mehrere Bestellungen sind seit 10 Tagen nicht bearbeitet worden, Geld wurde bereits vorab bezahlt. Auf Rückfragen bekommt man keine Antwort. Die angegebenen Telefonnummern existieren nicht, bzw. sind nie zu erreichen. In der Vergangenheit waren die Erfahrungen deutlich besser, deshalb noch 2 Sterne. Aber Ware seit über 10 Tagen noch nichtmal zu verpacken und dem Kunden keine Rückmeldung zu geben ist eine eine Unverschämtheit.

Very bad experience My shoes were broken after 2 months of usage. The air bubble of my nike's popped. After replying to my email quickly, it would be sorted out within the period of warranty. I sent my shoes back to Oqium and received a confirmation for that. After 5 weeks of trying to email and call, and multiple confirmations it would be sorted out, I still have seen no new shoes or any refund. I will never buy anything from them again. And I would advise you to do the same!
