Yes I received them , I had my optometrist, put the glass in , had a slight problem with glasses sliding down my nose , rang Newtown , store and talked to a girl ,( wish I could remember her name) she couldn't have been more helpful , catching a train down tomorrow , excellent customer service,.

I only wanted to purchase new pink frames without prescription, but it was difficult to bypass the prescription message that kept showing up. Had to email to find out how and the response was the website hadn't caught up with the new product yet so had to wait a week or so to purchase online. Once I placed the order it within 3-4 days of ordering.

Truly great service always helpful and pleasant and willing to discuss any queries. Notning is too much trouble and emails are answered promptly.
