Amazing experience and my tutor was amazing

I got what I wanted. Their Tutors explained everything to my own understanding and I was so happy to be there. Once again I need to thank my friend that introduced me to the Centre. It was job well done. Wish them to continue doing their good job and keep their flying colours ever.

Nice teaching technique and good experienced teacher

One thing that I will give credit to was that we had first aid taught to us first which as a door supervisor with previous experience, I am frankly stunned that we weren't taught this before. The teacher Jonathan was knowledgeable in the subject and could speak to us clearly. Although despite the serious subject matter he did occasionally approach teaching with a subtle sense of humour when it was appropriate. However my main criticism of this course was the delivery of physical intervention training. I felt that the company put too much emphasis on minimal risk and non resistant training. Whilst I concede safety is of high importance, what is also important is learning techniques that accurately reflect the real world risk of a door supervisor out in the field. I'm not saying that everyone must have the calibre and expertise of a master martial artist or champion fighter but more emphasis on self defence and resistance in teaching techniques wouldn't hurt in my opinion.

Good atmosphere for learning Jonathan was really good tutor, I recommend everyone to do their top up there it’s only 2 days instead of 3 days in other places.
