Sia stay away from here. You get told you have passed then they say you have to wait x amount of time for your certificate. Get told you have to wait for upload of certificates. All the people who get passed here are students from abroad. They hire female staff who cannot understand basic English. Someone who says they cannot help you only take your money and go away basically. Every single person gets passed here. You have to see the kind of people who go for this sia course. cannot speak English/read or write, but they are all getting passed. It’s a joke of a place don’t go here unless you want to wait a few months to get any sort of certificate.

Been in security for 21years and have done many sia coursed over the years. This is by far the worst I have experienced. Paid for a 3 day cctv course. The trainer read about 2 hours worth of slides. Then we did 2 hrs of module 1 which is none cctv. We were then ushered into another class that were doing another course and spent the afternoon doing the same module we had done in the morning. We were told we needed to pay an extra 10 pound for the course booklet as well. The next day we spent a total of 2 hours doing radio and cctv role play and we then left alone for the remainder of the day while our trainer trained another course. Will be reporting this company to Highfield . If you want training go elsewhere.

I recommend going to 1 Ace Training In East London, Forest Gate. I did a door supervisor course + first aid and everything went swimmingly til the end. Due to their presentations & teachings I managed to learn a lot and passed my exams first time. I was taught by Kehinde and Zafra. They are very good teachers and are determined to make sure the whole class passes their exams. Absolutely great teachers & are clear and specific about what they are teaching. I have to also thank the whole staff they was all professional & did things accordingly. It's worth the money & worth the time. I will be definitely coming back to do another course!
