Hi my name is abdullahi mohamed I am very exciting to do this course in 1acetraining Many thanks to owners and the trainees and the staffs

I took up my top up sia course on weekend 19 and 20th of feb and never got my results back after many times of ringing and speaking with admin they informed me out of 3 test papers 1 is missing and they never received back from the governing body and they will resolve issues as soon as possible but to this day I have not received not one phone call or an email explaining situation or any updates on this matter as result of this I am unable to continue to work as my badge has expired and I need relevant qualifications to renew my badge , this company is nothing short of a joke and I wish this doesn’t happen to anyone else as this situation is extremely stressful.

I'd give minus stars if I could. The amount of stress they gave my husband over a top up course was disgraceful. The admin and front desk staff are unprofessional and rude (except for perhaps one lady). Their website accounts do not work correctly and if you close it you get locked out as they neither send you a password in the first place nor send you one when you request a password reset. They repeatedly threatened my husband with not being allowed to do the exam without all tasks on their website done...they WERE already done the night before. Their system did not update to show this which is not my husband fault. Absolutely unprofessional.

I done the top up door supervisor course, tutor was helpful and thorough. I passed and received my certificate within a week.

As a whole I highly recommend the training and service that the staff provide. If I had any questions, regarding the course it was immediately resolved. Cannot vouch for all the tutors but the one that I received training from was really well versed in the security industry even though he was very talkative at times. My only concern was that we had a large teaching group which made it more difficult to learn. Don’t know if this is the norm but it was the holiday period after all.To combat this challenge 1Ace provided us with additional resources ranging from PowerPoint presentations, mock test and external websites pertaining to SIA.

This company 1 Ace Security are awful and disgusting I don’t really know where the good feedbacks came from I registered a top up training course with them I didn’t know they are very rude people and gossipers The instructor (Gary) on the course knows nothing about policies and procedures and he’s very aggressive in his tone in which we end up arguing when I told him off from speaking to people aggressively and very rude His teaching is totally 0% I keep seeing people coming back for reseat of same course because of low standard of teaching As I was in the office The so called manager and a male staff were gossiping against the female office staff when she went to toilet and when she came back they pretend nothing happened and started chatting with her nicely I nearly told the female staff about there gossiping 1 Ace security is not recommended place at all
