If you are young or from another country please avoid this training provider at ALL cost. They set up certain people to fail so the one's that supposedly "fail" will have to pay £25 or £35 for the resit over and over again. This is how this company profits. They get to know there clients in that 4 day period and there understanding and the individuals who's first language is not English they WILL take advantage of YOU! Now the smart individuals and the ones who have a better understanding will have no problem and will get there qualification certificate in 2 weeks. But the one's who have been set up to fail will have to come again the following week and resit again and again and this is where they make there money. Roy is a good fella but that beer budget belly that is in your face for those 4 days is profiting like no other. The people working in the office want your money! Teaching wise they are excellent but if you want to get conned out of your money and keep paying for resits again and again then be my guest and go and waste your hard earned money there. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Roy provided a lot of real life scenarios and the world of security scene in the UK. A guy that really knows what he is talking about. I am better prepared and confident to be a Door Supervisor. The lessons and trainings was more than I expected.

I had done my cctv with them in 2016 now today I am on the door supervisor course today. We are doing the physical intervention training. All four days have been very quick to pass despite the long hours from 0930 to 630 on the evening. The course is very fast paced I would recommend start studying once you get the reading material. The trainer's and staff is very helpful. Everyone would try to help us to get through. However you need to put and effort yourself to pass. My trainer's are Kelvin and Roy. Both of them have a lot of experience working in security. The location in conveniently located for train and buss. Hopefully I would pass and then plan on doing my First aid course with them as well. I had done my cctv course with them in 2016 same excellent standards even now. I had a lot of misconceptions about working in security which were cleared during my course by Roy my main trainer. You would not believe it untill u do it yourself. The most important part is the last day of the course which is a lot of fun as well where u learn a lot of techniques. I have started working as a security officer and i am please that i chose 1 ace.

They are very strict in taking exams which is quite fair but for their own consent they setup to fail certain people and make them to resit for a fee which is totally unacceptable because their privacy policy says clearly on their website that giving exams and taking lectures after you fail are free of cost.On top when you ask them your website has this policy they straightaway turn it away and say we don’t know why it’s on the website,I mean come on guyz atleast give people some room of relaxation help them to pass them.

Roy, the lecturer very knowledgeable about the course content, supportive, gives lots of examples through out the course making it easier for each of the candidates to fully understand what is being taught in a very simple and flexible way

I am very satisfied with the training. Apart from the literature which is quite informative, Our trainer Roy came with a whole lot of experience which I learnt a lot from. The Training has open my eyes to various opportunities and as soon as have another opportunity I will enquire for an advance course with the same trainer Roy.
