I learnt a lot about security

I learnt a lot about security, i must say that i had a lot of misconceptions are regards to working as a security officer. I thought it was bulk that counted to become an efficient security officer. However once you start the course you would learn that its a lot more than just physical side of it. The course is intense and you need to do a fair bit of reading, however the exams are preety simple and straight forward. If you probably keep your self attentive in the class should not be a reason that you have to retake the exams and should pass in the first attempt. The trainers that i had were excellent and exactly knew what was required to pass through the exams. Gave us sufficient practice to go through the exams and succeed. I suppose everyone in our group which was around 24 learners should have made it. The SIA door supervisor course is interesting however the last bit that is the last day of the course is the most interesting part as it involves physical intervention training which is interesting. Overall an interesting experience

Door and CCTV SIA training

Happy to get my training from 1 ace, before 1 ace tried an other training provider they kept hasseling me and kept changing the course dates due to non availability of learners. Then i chose 1 ace, prices are very reasonable and the trainers all of them kelvin, roy, vincent zack are very knowledgeable. I had my door course conducted by our lear trainer Roy and the physical part of the door course i did with vincent, both very very knowledgeable and new what the security industry entails. My CCTV course was conducted by kelvin and again he knew what he was doing and did my CSCS with zack. very please with the service, the courses were conducted exactly as per the course learning plans and they were very well organised. Could not ask for better, would be definitely recommend them for security courses.

SIA Course Dec 2018

I am extremely pleased that i chose 1 ace security to do my door supervisor and cctv course. The staff and trainers were extremely helpful. They made sure to equip us with the necessary knowledge required to pass through our exams. The exams are pretty simple muliple choice questions. I guess any one who can understand basic english should be able to get through. I would definitely recommend them for the security courses. I would possibly work with them once i get my SIA licence.

I learnt a lot

I did my ds course last week Kelvin was my trainer. Finished my CCTV course today with Vincent. Both excellent trainers, long days but was fun learning with 1 ace. The trainers made every effort to equip the class with the required knowledge to get through the course. I learnt a lot which is very important professionally to work as a security officer. Where I come from security is different but here it's all about customer service and the security staff needs to be good communicators. I would look forward to do the cscs course if I pass the ds and CCTV course hopefully.

Excellent Training Security Course

I just finished my 3 days CCTV COURSE. From 6 December to 8 December 2018 at Forest Gate, CityGate center. It was excellent because the course assessor delivered a 3 days amazing lesson. Also, the course fee was fair, and I cannot wait to take my First Aid Course soon. He explained everything we need to know to succeed during our training. As we are still waiting for the exam result; so far, I can recommend Ace Security Ltd to anyone.

The course was amazing

The course was amazing. I learned so much and I wish the course had been longer as there so much much more I could have learned. Roy Duthie is a brilliant instructor. Truly top class, strict as he should be and trying in any way to make us as prepared as we can be for the role we have chosen. I was wholly unaware of the gravity of the job, and was just looking for a good deal on the course, but I am now aware of the dangers, understand that for things to get to PI, things have gone wrong and just a lot more paranoid of the general public. A parting gift I suppose. ;)

Quality 10/10 Buidling poor

The training delivery and trainers experience was perfect. The building and facilities are poor and to say they need a little updating is an understatement, however, what you get from the course seems to cover this up. The value for money in terms of resources and materials is well worth it. For someone with little to no experience in the field, this is a great start to a career.

Great 4 Days at 1 Ace.

Loved the course Roy Duthie and Zanab were great to me and really helped me. Roy is a great teacher and taught me all the knowledge and skills I need for the security industry. The course was worth every penny and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Met some lovely people too. The only bad thing was the toilets, they need to be sorted and the building needs to be sorted some of the infrastructure was a bit shocking but apart from that all good.

Excellent I passed in 1st attempt

I have done all my courses with them and I am glad to say that I chose them for my courses. The sia training is very intensive a lot of theory and practical to follow. I would advise u to go through the distance learning material thoroughly as you would not have ample time during the course. The course books are quite comprehensive and u should not have any problem to nail the course in the first attempt. Good professional trainers and adequate training facilities.
