I recently completed the Door Supervisor course. Roy, the trainer was excellent. He's been there and done it! He has a great no nonsense style of teaching. I would have given 5 Stars had the venue been of a better standard.

Roy was the instructor on this course. While the information was plentiful, due to his vast experience and professionalism he skillfully translated the SIA requirements in a very relevant and realistic way, this is no easy task. He owned the information and the presentation. I am thankful for his commitment and professionalism. As a serviceman, I don't say this lightly. However, I feel that the Physical Intervention should really be one level up in training to respond to the changing climate and current challenges in the security industry but specifically to door supervisor; I hope SIA changes this in the near future Thanks to the 1 Ace staff and many thanks Roy. Excellent course taught by an experienced instructor who gives you real life knowledge from his many years working as a door supervisor, the best part of the course is day 4 the practical physical intervention be warned Roy is formidable good luck getting him to the door lol.

Great Course. Highly Recommended The course is very well presented, informative and fun. Kelvin is a great teacher who brings the role to life with real-life experience and anecdotes. It is professionally presented and organised throughout. My only (minor) complaint would be that the paid for hand outs could be better quality - trying to fit two pages of info on one side of A4 makes them difficult to read at times. But to be fair, you do have the option to print them out yourselves. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to take a course on Security in it's many guises to check out 1Ace Security. I was impressed
