I had a brilliant time on the course for door supervision, my tutor was Amazing as he had a lot of experience within the industry which helped alot when he had to explain situations that may come up on the test through his own experiences,when I had the physical intervention part of the course again another Amazing tutor who is very informative with years of experience. The Administrator that handles the paper work is very helpful,polit and friendly. The only thing that I can complain about is that the venue is not up to par at all, all the workers I have mentioned deserve a better environment as the attention and hard work they all delivered was 1st class. The Door Supervision training provided by 1 Ace is absolutely amazing. Roy - An amazing teacher who ensures that you understand the theoretical and physical aspect of the role itself and combines a range of engagement activities that lead to you feeling confident in taking your exams. From Day 1 - Day 4 - the momentum grew and enhanced my awareness both in and of the workplace. Arrive on time and take the training serious = you are guaranteed to pass. Roy does not play any games! Follow his rules and instructions otherwise - Goodnight as he would say lol. You will fail. Very excited to receive my results, apply for my badge and begin to exercise all that has been taught. Over the four days of training I found the trainer to be very clear and direct helping me to understand how the Door supervisor role works. I feel that I have gained valuable knowledge to help my future career and would highly recommend 1ACE Security to anyone seeking training in the Security field.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend to everyone. Makes you more aware of your surroundings and skills necessary to carry out your work properly. We were mentored by Roy, he is a very knowledgeable man, and even though he swears quite a lot, he has enough patience to guide and explain wherever and whenever necessary. The course is a head on avalanche of info, so focus is a must. Lessons are set out in a friendly atmosphere, by the time course was finished our group was more like a team than a bunch of strangers. There are a lot of trainers out there but if you want information to become your second nature then Roy is your guy.

I spend four days training for my SIA door supervisor at 1Ace. My trainer ROY was the top man and I enjoy being in his class he knew what he was talking about. I have learned lots from him and looking forward to book my CCTV with 1ACE. Thanks ROY
