I had a great experience with 1ace doing my door supervisor training. The tutors are patient, helpful and professional. At beginning i was skeptical about to be ready for the exam after just 4 training days, but the teachers were so good at explaining, that i was reassure. I highly recommend it!

The course itself is a very good course although there is too many information for a short period of time I was expecting to have my training in Croydon centre which is near my house as I live in south London but after waiting for more then a month I gave up because they never have enough people for Croydon Centre and therefore had to travel up to 2 hours to get to Forest Gate and read on the train as if it wasn't enough the venue is poor and they don't provide not even water to drink or microwave to warm up your food as you spend the full day from 9:30 in the morning to 7 in the evening there not even the basic I mean hot water in the toilet sinks as it was snowing outside. Was a hard weekend for me but yes thanks God I did it at the end definitely was an experience for life as you get what you pay for sorry won't recommend and now this hidden information about the 5 years in this country they gave us on the last course's day I'm going through more inconvenience now.

Where do I start? Let me start by saying that the course surpassed all my expectations and more. I was a bit skeptical at first when I came across 1 Ace as price wise, they stood out competitively which was a good thing for me. I read some of the reviews and was impressed and decided to do my training at 1 Ace. After the first day, I was very impressed and pleased with my choice. The course was carried out over a 4 day period so you would expect there to be a lot of information provided. Everything you needed for the course was provided and all that is required of you is to turn up on time and go through all the course material with your trainer (I must express, you have to stick to the allocated hours over the 4 days as it is a mandatory requirement from the SIA. So you can't be late, unless you have a valid reason) The 1 Ace Security team on the other hand where very professional and always there to answer any questions. My trainer for the 4 days was Roy, he was the most down to earth professional trainer I have come across. He was very knowledgeable and I must say I did learn a lot from him both theoretically and practically. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would certainly recommend 1 Ace Security to anybody who is considering taking up any of their offerings. Thanks guys and all the best. He knows how to interact with different people and communicate at a speed and level where everyone can keep. He knows how to have a laugh but he is also firm at the same time which makes it great.
