Service client à l’écoute et efficace
Je n’ai pas reçu mon colis. Le service client a répondu très rapidement, est revenu vers moi comme prévu pour me tenir informée et est intervenu pour rembourser mon achat. Je suis très satisfaite de la réactivité du service client.
I purchased a jacket back in early July
I purchased a jacket back in the beginning of July and was given a tracking number on 3rd July - advising that the package has been approved for shipping - but nothing has arrived - I sent a request for clarification last week and received an automated confirmation receipt email, but no response beyond this - this is disappointing

Communication is really quite terrible
Communication is really quite terrible. Made a purchase 4 weeks ago, I was told my item would be shipped in maximum 14 working days and still nothing? Not even a tracking number or proof of posting to me. They’re very happy to take your money and then not send the items it would seem. I keep having to email as their live chat (no one replies, I waited hours) is useless and they take days to reply and they tell you the same excuses and still don’t provide tracking?! Why! My trust has been broken I’m afraid. I would avoid ordering from here. I won’t be ordering from them again. Unfortunately if I don’t hear back soon I will have to get my bank involved.
Lamentable
Lamentable. SAV quasiment absent, une IA répondrait de manière identique. J’attend une commande depuis plus d’un mois, mes premiers mail sont restés sans réponse puis miracle on me répond que « desolés ils etaient passés dans les mailles du filet », on me dit que ma commande sera envoyée le lendemain. Finalement aucune nouvelle d’un envoi. Attente de nouveau d’une semaine, on me repond que mon colis n’a pas ete reçu a l’entrepot mais bonne nouvelle, il partira quand meme le lendemain ??? Et message copié collé du precedent. Bref, toujours aucune nouvelle de ma commande mais mon avocat va prendre le relais. Quel dommage.
Poor international shipping
I have recently made several French vintage clothing purchases that I love however, I am extremely disappointed with a purchase of Carel shoes that was never delivered to me. The tracking states that it has been delivered but, it is false. I have emailed Raphaelle at Imparfaite asking for a full refund but she has not replied yet. They should use a more reputable shipping service like UPS or DHL instead of the postal service. I believe my shoes were either lost, stolen or sent to the wrong address. I would not recommend shopping on Imparfaite if you live outside of France. Just browse but DO NOT BUY!

Service client impeccable ! Première commande sur Imparfaite et je suis très satisfaite : j'ai acheté un manteau après avoir pas mal hésité, comme on ne sait jamais trop comment une expérience en ligne peut se passer. Eh bien, rien à redire ! Le manteau ne me plaisait pas (beau mais pas mon style), le retour et le remboursement se sont faits rapidement et sans soucis. Très contente, je recommanderai sans hésiter.
Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe numero…
Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe numero 41 pagando 150 euro e più. Le scarpe arrivate sono piccole , calzano come un 39. Ho dovuto fare il reso a mie spese pagando 30 euro. Non ho ricevuto alcuna notizia sul reso né sull'importo che devono restituirmi. Ho scritto numerose email ma non rispondono. Non so a chi chiedere aiuto. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Seller is a liar
This was my first and definitely last order. I ordered a red silk skirt. The seller wrote in the item description that the skirt is lined. Moreover you could see the skirt with the lining on the photos. Today I received the skirt. The lining was cut off! I think the seller wanted to make the shipping costs not so high so the item got smaller without the lining.
