Customer service is lazy!!! They sent me scripted responses what a joke!

I have purchased plenty of gyft cards with no problems, and all of a sudden my orders keep getting put on hold and canceled so i emailed support and this is the response they gave me We apologize for the trouble checking out. We do not have the specific details on why your order did not process, and that is for your privacy and security. You can refer to our Help Center for possible reasons on why your order did not go through. Please click here to visit our Help Center. If you would like to try your purchase again, please try the following: • Adding a mobile number to your account • Trying purchasing the gift card with a different payment method • Turning off any ad blocking software • Slowing down your purchases • Waiting 24 hours and try your purchase again This is pathetic! How does this company stay in business treating its customers like this???

Unbelievably useless

My son in law emailed me a Gyft certificate for a local restaurant. I followed the directions, downloaded the Gyft App and Gyft couldn't recognize the certificate nor order number. After 1 day of trying to get the app to work I received the message "sorry, that number isn't valid". I emailed customer service and provided them with the actual certificate with complete information. I have had 3 emails asking for more info and It seems like they are trying to blow me off. The restaurant doesn't appear on the Gyft app. Last night I went to the restaurant, spoke with the owner and he allowed me the $100 value to use for our dinner.

STOLE $75 FROM ME!!!

I had $150 gyft card or egift card whatever you want to call it and I used it twice no problem I had $75 left I tried to open my app to use the remainder and it shows my wallet is empty? I open my email showing my purchase and it says this is no longer available!?! There is no history no nothing showing any history it ever existed and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY REPLY WITH BULLSHxT THAT TJEY WILL CONTACT YOU SHORTLY....THEY ARE A FxCKING SCAM I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM TO FIND OUT What the hxll IS GOING ON!!!!!

There are alternatives to buy gift cards with bitcoin and paypal credit. Customer service is unresponsive.

Scammers and no customer service number

They took 150 dollars from me illegally. 75$ a day for two days and guess what u can't get ahold of them for anything! Once they have your info your done I had to close my bank account and open fraud claims on them! DO NOT EVER USE THIS PIECE OF crap COMPANY! AND IF YOU MUST GO BUY A VISA GIFT CARD WITH THE AMOUNT YOU WANT TO SPEND.

If I could give ZERO stars I would - rip-off, terrible customer service!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My company (a VERY large, nationwide company) has a reward system in which people can award you "points" by going above & beyond in your job function. They have partnered with Gyft as a way of redeeming on-line gift cards. Excitedly, I had been saving my points and cashed them in for $450 worth of Delta Airlines Gift Cards that were to be redeemed through Gyft. When I set up the account adn tried to open the gift cards, I keep getting an error message "This gift card is no longer available, please contact support for further information (PD03)". I've been calling leaving voicemails everyday, I've submitted Help requests on-line, and all I'm getting is the run-around when they do respond (which has only been 2x). These gift cards were so my husband and I could fly to Florida for our daughter's college graduation. So disgusted with this company!

Scam

I had never heard of Gyft before. I noticed 5 charges of $100 on my PayPal for Gyft cards. I went to the Gyft website, signed up for an account with the same email they charged to. My 5 orders were on there. I submitted a complaint and demanded a refund using the Gyft customer support form. Instead of replying, they have since deleted my account with no reasoning one way or the other, and have not refunded my money.

The Worst

I received a 100$ gift card for my Bday for Whole Foods. I was excited to use it and found out that Whole Foods no longer accepts digital gift cards. So my gift card is worthless and their customer service is about a JOKKKKKE! The whole thing is a JOKE. For as many people they have screwed over i hope all the stolen money gets shoved up their A**! Ive tried contacting them for WEEKS and they give you the RUN AROUND! Ridiculous and disappointing ! IT sucks when they take your only Bday present and screw you over . DONT USE THIS COMPANY ITS WELL KNOWN FOR BEING a piece of S***! Especially do not purchase WHOLE FOODS Gift Cards they shouldn't even be selling them but they do because who's the wiser right? EFFFF THIS COMPANY!

Rip off

Somehow I ended up with the account from Gyft and I never heard of them. I had however been buying from a company named Wish, which I believe is somehow connected. Luckily they charged my PayPal account and once I informed them the charges were fraud, the charges were dropped and I received an apologetic reply from Gyft. I asked to be removed from their servers and delete any account I supposedly had. Quit dealing with Wish as well and have no other problems!

Terrible company

Obviously this company is not in the business of making money. I have tried and tried to buy several gift cards from them and only managed to buy two by some miracle. Now they won't let me buy anymore. It is absolutely ridiculous. Do not try to buy from this company.
