Horrendous experience to say the least ... I would not recommend it to anyone. Thought they were good as they are advertised by my housing association, but they are far from being a firm that works on your behalf. I put all the eggs in the same basket (my bad), they were acting on my behalf for a sale and a lease extension. Regarding the sale, the buyer pulled because of poor communication, way too slow to get things done and the buyer decided to look somewhere else. My lease extension has been on for 2 years and has not been completed yet, it is chocking !!! I have made a formal complain and have not heard from them after 30 days, can not believe that people like this are profiting for making people miserable.

They were great once you got a hold of them. The amount of times I tried to get through to them for an update was uncountable! Even my sales advisors and their solicitors couldn’t get ahold of them, you had to wait until they rang you! All my emails with questions were not answered, this made the process very stressful!
