More communication needed. Apart from this it was a great service, there was no delays and everything was sign off and ready for completion very efficiently.

Poor customer service
I’m a first time buyer- this process was all new to me. I felt there was no direction or explanation through the process. I had to chase them up on stuff that was missing or left out. They also provided me at the end with the wrong completion amount which I had to dispute. There was no courtesy call or it was hard to get in touch with the person dealing with your case if you wanted clarification. When you complained about the service the blame was put on you as a customer or your complaint was not taken seriously. I’ve given 2 stars to the whole reason that I did complete on time, however they made me experience very stressful

I was dubious about using an online, non local solicitor but the experience was great. Where ever there was a query it was addressed quickly and really good responses. Had a change of Paralegal during process but again was seamless and caused no issues at all. Thanks for a great service and reasonably priced!

I was unfortunate to have used Direction Law twice, for staircasing - as my housing association only allowed a limited selection, The first time was a terrible service, And and was foolish enough to think the second time would be easier (for both of us) as they’d previously dealt with the same property, knew all the details, no chain, no change in personal and financial details etc…. But same service, totally ignored for over 2 months, I was copying up to x10 staff members (including company partners) in all emails pleading for information.. the housing association was constantly trying to get info from me but I couldn’t relay anything.. I was always polite and fair in my approach and the whole bunch of useless clowns ignored me. When I was finally contacted, not a single acknowledgment of the poor service was recognised.

I went to this solicitors after my previous solicitor was hacked and the difference between the two was noticeable from the beginning. Safety measures were more secure with Direction Law. Sunaina also responded to my questions quickly and kept me informed of each step as it happened.
Avoid screwed up on completion day!
Started off great sunaina was brilliant. Good communication. Until today our completion date. Received a phone call at 11 am saying a document hadn't been sent off and that need to be done before we could complete. We had asked earlier in the week if everything was set and they said they were waiting on the completion statement from the other side. So now we have to wait till Monday however we had already booked for movers today which we now have to pay twice, we also have to give our flat keys back Sunday so are now basically homeless. They have taken our money and now we have to pay for storage a hotel and two sets of movers because they sent the email to the wrong person. Mistakes can be forgiven sunaina tried her best to make it right however when the partner I spoke to was involved he basically said whoops our bad your problem and told us to wait till Monday. So Avoid at all costs go to another company that might actually care about sorting their mistakes or at least give compensation when you're out of pocket because of them.
