Magnificent service. Very responsive and always kept me in the loop during the whole process until completion. Can't complain.

House purchase was thankfully completed in time but had a few moments on unease when documents I thought were with my solicitors (few months prior) turned out we’re not in their hands. Meant for a hectic handover day where documents had to potentially be signed and personally driven to them (2hrs away) if handover was to be done on the same day. Few other examples like this where better communication on Direction Law’s side would’ve meant all of this could’ve been avoided. All in all I believe 3 stars is appropriate.
