The woman dealing with our house purchase (Hannah) didn’t seem too interested. Replies were slow, effort was not there at all. Lots of miss communication on their part and lying too. We were also made aware that Hannah had been withholding information along with delaying transferring relevant and important information to those who required it. Very unhelpful and blunt on the phone. Was quick on it once they wanted their money though. Shame they weren’t as keen to help us throughout the process. Only gave it a two as eventually they pulled their finger out and got the house sale through before Christmas. Had that of not been the case then the rating would have been 1.

I have used Direction Law a number of times now. Each time they have been very helpful and kept me updated with progress.
