6th complaint- direction put their own good reviews on themselves to get customers

So this is my 6th complaint about this company, so after eventually moving into my new home after a year of hell with these solicitors I thought it was all over, but guess what no it isn’t!!!! So on moving day I got told that direction law hadn’t paid my estate agents so I had to pay them and after I also filled out a form to pay rent on my shared ownership property, I get a call 2 months later saying that this hadn’t been done after doing the paperwork and sending this off as well to the solicitors!!!! Please when reading the positive reviews about direction law they are from the employees of the company themselves to make reviews look good!!!! It’s terrible and direction law put reviews on themselves!!!! I was told the rent was this amount and this also wasn’t checked by solicitors so Ihave to pay the arrears which I thought had been sorted!!!

Unprofessional, please avoid.

After losing multiple documents including the contract and refraining from letting me know for 3 to 4 weeks, despite me asking for updates. As well as asking for my deposit, a week after I'd paid it and received a confirmation receipt saying they had it, I would not recommend using direction law. I am currently in the process of going through an ombudsmen as, due to their error, I ended up in a Premier Inn for 2 weeks as, even though they knew my circumstances in facing homelessness, they showed no urgency and no care. Despite me letting them know at the beginning of the 3 month period in which all this was happening. I am trying to get my money back as I do not believe they deserve any of it for the shoddy job they did which not only resulted in the previously mentioned but also caused me much stress, anxiety and worry. I cannot stress enough that, if I had any foresight, I would not have used this company. UPDATE: Just simply replying to their obvious "cookie cutter" response of 'ring customer service'. Whilst my issues were occurring I was actually in contact with the supposed customer service manager and they were of no help and actually instead were unprofessional and demeaning. So why should I trust that anyone else in customer service could help me with this. I'm now only hoping that the rent that was included in my payments to these people has actually been payed forward to the other company as, if not, this would be another issues they've caused. (I'm only stating this as it looks like they haven't since I'm being asked for my rent that I paid before moving in to these people.) AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Any smaller highstreet solicitors could have done it better in my opinion.

I had another solicitor that they didn't do their job. Luckily, I changed to this one. They did an amazing job, quick, explaining every step and keeping you informed about all process. I really appreciate their job and I recommend them 100 %
