Good but can do better

They do the job but if you try to call them you will never get them on line. Its always the voicemail that you get. Even if you call the reception and ask to transfer to the concerned person it still good to voicemail. Sometimes it leaves you anxious and stressed because you have to wait for a reply to your mail rather than speaking to someone and getting your issues resolved. Direction Law did a good job I would say but a little more customer friendly service would be great.

Poor communication

Disappointed with the response time to emails. No sense of urgency from anyone. I did all the chasing. Wouldn’t recommend at all. My neighbour who started the process after me exchanged and completed before me. All in all a really disappointing service!

Awful Communication

Have had an urgent issue regarding a mutual client recently and it has been impossible to speak to anyone to resolve this. Having called several times on December 1st and 2nd I was told three 'urgent requests' had been logged for a call back. Still haven't received a call, only one email to the client which didn't even answer the request I had. Just get put through to a voicemail whenever I call now. Feel stuck and as if it is impossible to contact.

I used Direction Law for the…Conveyance of my property.

I used Direction Law for the conveyancing of my present property. The service was very efficient and relatively fast,as conveyancing's go, being a new build it was a fairly straight forward process . I was very satisfied with the service I received at a reasonable price, compared with previous conveyances I had back in the days of pen and paper communications. I would recommend them.

You are homeless but the can't care less...

This is the continuation of my previous feedback... 2 days with no home and not date on the horizon for completion due to the incompetence of this firm. I'm guessing that I will be homeless at Christmas also thanks to Direction Law? How wonderful. Anyone reading this review, please imagine yourself homeless... and then think about instructing them... By the way, this is not a fake review. My name is Maria Elena Casales Arregui and this bunch are pretending to act on my behalf on the purchase of a flat.

Go in a different Direction

Zero communication making the already stressful process of buying a house more so. My exchange date was pushed back nearly two months. Missing documents but failed to let me know this or let me know which documents were missing. I found out after turning to my developer out of despair and having them hound Direction Law on my behalf.
