My order for kefir was ordered and delivered very quickly.Well packaged and chilled ready to be stored in the refrigerator. My recent experience with kefir started after an upset from a course of antibiotics. MyGP recommended kefir and it gave me very quick response as the antibiotics had upset my stomach. I’ve also read your book The chuckling goat. This was very interesting and inspirational. I now take a glass of kefir each day. I’ve got a lot more energy.
