Knew it was the real stuff when the bottle exploded with fizz...only then did I read the instructions! Duh! Has been great for the gut but I'm happy with a glassful and don't bother with the tablespoons at all!

Chuckling Goat is wonderful! The Kefir has completely sorted out my previous problems with diverticulitis and I like the cleansing taste first thing in the morning.
