Not the first time I’ve ordered from here. Good service and items delivered on time. Goat milk kefir works, it’s the only thing that helps to reduce my bloating. Suffered with SIBO for quite sometime and this is the only thing that works for me.

I don’t like the taste but after 4+ years I just get on with it. It’s an amazing product for the immune and digestion system and the skin. I’m almost 82 years old and my skin is amazing! Everyone remarks on it. The only time I take a break from the Kefir is when I go on holiday. Other than that it’s part of my morning routine. I’ll be drinking the Kefir from those darling goats till the end of my days. The service is 1st class, and when I have to delay my subscription by a few days or a week because I’ve been away, there’s no problem at all. I love Shann and her amazing team. They are good people.

I really like this product, and the company! It has taken me a little while to get used to the fizzy, goaty kefir! But as the company suggests, take it easy and start small (also, watch the video about opening the bottle! Very useful!). I feel like this is ‘proper’ kefir, and I’m definitely getting the benefits we hear about!
