Great product definitely helped my digestion. I had IBS and I've only gone through a bottle and a half in 30 days or so. I wouldn't buy more than 2 bottles to start if you have a very sensitive stomach.

The service and information is great but the goat kefir is undrinkable. Absolutely foul. I have to mix a couple of tablespoons into some other kefir. Thank you for your response. I am aware of your comparison to Parmesan, but I would not savour your taste as a true comparative. The kefir I mix it with is organic with no additives or sugar. It’s cow, not goat. I’m sorry but I still stand by my original review. I wish you success and thank you for reaching out.
